Packaging

Your order will be shipped in plain discrete padded envelopes or boxes using the required amount of padding and protection.

Shipping method

Regulation uses royal mail signed for delivery for all of our standard shipping.  International standard items are sent "International signed for."  For larger items we use a trackable overnight courier service.

We endeavor to ship stock item within 24 hours and special delivery items on the day of the order.  Unfortunately items over 2kg are not available for Saturday delivery. 

Pricing

Shipping prices for UK delivery start at £3

Special delivery is available for as low as £6

International shipping rates start at £10

Special items may take a little longer though they are given top priority and rarely take more than 5 working days.

If you wish for your orders to be delivered on a specific date, or if you would prefer to collect your order from our showroom; please contact us and we will do our best to arrange this.

Returns

On the rare chance your items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no cost to you.

If any item in your order does not fit you or is unsuitable our staff are on hand to advise you on the best option for you. In most cases we are happy to accommodate returns, however certain items may require a cleaning or re-stocking fee to be paid.

Unfortunately goods of an intimate nature are not returnable unless in a sealed and saleable state. 

Repairs

We understand that accidents happen!  Regulation's onsite workshop can perform most alterations and repairs at an affordable rate.  Many small repairs may be offered free of charge if your item is less than a year old.
