DELIVERY

How long will my order take?
We try to dispatch orders within 48 hours of them being placed however items made in our workshop such as leather & rubber clothing can take between 5 - 10 working days. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. If all or part of your order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and will advise of the soonest time the item will be sent out. 

Orders weighing over 2kg or bulkier packages are sent via UPS Courier.

International orders sent from the UK can take between 10 - 14 days to arrive. Smaller standard parcels are dispatched via recorded international mail. Larger, high value orders are dispatched via courier.

 

Will you ship internationally? How much will this cost?
We are happy to ship internationally. Shipping options and prices can be viewed when you add items to your basket and enter some address details.

Please be aware that Regulation has a duty to declare goods to all countries outside of the EU. Customers are liable for any local import duties or taxes.
You can contact us for the status of any international orders you place.

 

I've not received my order, what can I do?
Sometimes items do get lost in the post or an order may be slightly delayed if we're waiting for items to be in stock. In most cases, an email will be sent confirming your order has been dispatched and this will include any tracking details is applicable. For Royal Mail parcels, claims can be made on lost items up to 80 calendar days. Contact us to check the status of your order and we will investigate for you. 

 

Is your packaging discreet?
Our customers privacy is very important to us and so we make sure all orders are sent in un-branded plain packaging or boxes. We sometimes place a small return address label to prevent delivery problems although this does not include our company name. If you wish for this to be removed then please specify in the comments box upon checkout. Items sent via courier have a small return address as standard, however, this excludes our company name.


 


 

ORDERS & PAYMENT

How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment with via Paypal or the following payment Credit/Debit cards.
  • Visa/Delta/Electron

  • MasterCard

  • Solo/Maestro

Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by BACS or cheque.

Will my payment be secure?
All payments are handled by Paypal or Paypoint a leading 3rd party payment gateway. We will never see your card details which are enrypted using the gateway or via Paypal.

I have a discount code. How do I apply it to my order?
You can apply a discount code by viewing your basket before checkout. Enter the code on the basket page and the order total will be re-calculated. You can then checkout with the coupon applied.


Which currencies can I pay with?
We currently accept payment in Pound Sterling, Euros and US Dollars. Simply select the currency symbol you use at the top of any page. 
 

I live outside the EU, do I still have to pay UK VAT?
No, selecting US Dollars will remove UK VAT from listed prices. VAT will also be removed on checkout if you select a delivery destination outside of the EU.

 


  

CLOTHING CARE

How do I care for my latex wear?
Latex clothing needs a little extra love to keep it perfect. 

  • Wash your latex clothing in warm soapy water after every use but do not soak it for extended periods.

  • Talc and polish the item once it is fully dried to restore its shine and add a protective film.

  • Avoid any items which could nick or pierce the item as this can lead to ripping.

  • Keep latex out of direct sunlight. UV light will damage and discolour latex garments.
  • If you do manage to rip or pierce the rubber, have it patched or repaired as soon as possible to avoid any further ripping.

  • Prevent oils and chemicals (such as aromas) from coming into contact with the latex.

 

How do I care for my leather wear?
Leather wear is notorious for being tough and long lasting, however there are a few things to remember to ensure it lasts and lasts.

  • If you want to maintain a glossy finish on your leather, regularly clean it and polish it with a good quality boot polish or leather cream.

  • Avoid getting your leather too wet, this will attack the leathers natural oils and cause it to harden.

  • Only clean your leather by wiping it with a damp cloth or by using a leather cleaning professional.

     

 


 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 I've received my order but a garment doesn't fit, can I return it for a different size?
We'll happily exchange a garment you've ordered for a different size. Use the returns address below alond with  a small cover note with your order number. The first return is free in the UK. Some overseas returns may be subject to additional postage costs. Contact us to confirm.

 There's a fault with my purchase, can I get a refund?
If you receive a faulty item email us at support@regulation-london.com. One of our team will advise you on how we'll replace the item. Please don't return faulty products without contacting us first.

I am looking for an item in a different style or colour; is this possible?
We try and stock products and clothing in a ranges of colours and styles. If we don't offer what you're looking for, please contact us and we will endeavor to meet your needs.

 

 Do you offer a Made to Measure or custom leather/rubber service?
Regulation prides itself on quality fetish gear made to fit you perfectly.

For an additional 25% we offer a full Made to Measure service on all of the clothing we sell.

For this service please email or call us on +44 (0)207 226 0665. We will request measurements and provide a full quote. Please note that we will make garments for the measurements you provide so please make sure they are correct.

Alternatively, come and see us at our London retail store/workshop and we will measure you ourselves whilst discussing your requirements.

For new designs of leather or rubber it's also best to contact us and we will discuss materials, methods and cost.

 

How do I know what size to order?

What size are your hoods?
Most of our hoods are a standard size fitting most heads, however we offer many rubber hoods in sizes Small - Large.

 
Do you sell DVDs
We currently do not sell R-rated DVDs
 

 Can you repair and alter a garment I already own?
Regulation's on site leather and rubber team can perform many different alterations and repairs. Send your item to us and we will give you our opinion on the most affordable options for saving or changing your garment.
