Your order will be shipped in plain discrete padded envelopes or boxes using the required amount of padding and protection.

UPS Courier to UK
Fully tracked. Once dispatched, UK orders usually arrive the next working day, Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday morning are likely to arrive the following Monday. Please note, for products manufactured in our workshop, next day delivery may not be possible.

UPS Courier Outside UK
Fully tracked. EU and International shipments by UPS take between 2 - 5 working days. Non-EU orders are subject to local import taxes and brockerage fees.
Prices start at £9.99 + import taxes & brockerage.

For all order, we try our hardest to ship stock items within 24 hours and special delivery items on the day of the order where possible. Unfortunately items over 2kg are not available for Saturday delivery. 

Returns or Exchanges
Products in an unused and saleable condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. 

Please inform us via email or with a written request and include your order number and contact details with the returned goods. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 14 days after proof of purchase.

We reserve the right not to accept returns for custom and tailor-made products. 
Unfortunately goods of an intimate nature are not returnable unless in a sealed and saleable condition or faulty.


Incorrect & Damaged Goods
On the rare chance that your items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. We may have to arrange for damaged goods to be returned to us at our cost.  

14 Day Cool-Off Period
In addition to our returns policy, you can cancel your order at anytime within 14 calendar days of the receipt of your order. This complies with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 but does not include perishable good, products that have been unsealed/opened including software, magazines and tailor-made/customised/custom fit garments. You should provide a simple request via email or in writing within the 14 calendar day period for cancellation to take effect. Please see our contact page for ways to do this. 

If you wish to cancel your order under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we will refund the purchase price of the item(s) effected and the original delivery cost.

The cost of return postage is not covered, unless the item is damaged or faulty. We recommend you use a trackable shipping method to return goods.

Returning Goods bought in Sales or Special Offers
If you order was part of a sale or promotional offer, refunds will be provided to the full price less the total discount given in the offer. For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "lowest priced item free" etc), you must return any free items for us to process a refund.

Accidents happen and Regulation's onsite workshop can perform most alterations and repairs at an affordable rate.  Many small repairs may be offered free of charge if your item is less than a year old.
